Raven Pendant

Take a Peek...

....inside my kiln. Here is the next step of my painting on this small batch of glass pendants. This photo was taken after the 2nd firing inside my kiln. I'm happy with how the french bulldog is coming along.

More Enamel Fun

More painting on glass with my new enamel paints. The second photo shows a batch of pendants that were painted and kiln annealed once. They will continue to receive multiple layers of paint and fire polishing.

Portrait of Miss Spinner

Fresh from my kiln is my first attempts at using some new enamels. I kiln fired after each layer of hand painting with the enamels. I had lots of fun making this piece and hope to start doing many more.

Miss Spinner is the italian greyhound who modeled for this portrait on glass. She is a sweet old toothless girl who lost her first family very late in her life. She then made a big trip across country to be with a family that adores her. Thanks to everyone who helped her in her journey to her wonderful home.
